I spoke to Ashley I believe her name was and she was fantastic, when I finally arrived to... my waiting room even despite having 2 employees call out sick my provider was fantastic and quick (yet thorough) . I do not remember her name however she had tattoos and was very pleasant to interact with despite me having social anxiety.The woman who evaluated what they are wanting to do with me oral cosmetic wise, was very pleasant and well spoken. She made the interaction feel comfortable and more homely. I certainly recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone who needs oral care, especially if you struggle socially they are a very comforting establishment. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Dunford. I have extremely sensitive teeth and going to the dentist was always a very uncomfortable... experience. However, I recently switched to Georgia Smile Team and they are absolutely fantastic. Dr. Dunford and his team ensure that you are comfortable the entire time and use techniques that keep the procedures virtually pain free. He also confirmed and corrected an issue I had with an old filling that I had brought up to my prior dentist on several occasions. His office is a little bit more of a drive than my prior dentist but so, so worth it. He is meticulous and does such quality work. And the only sticker shock at checkout is that his pricing is so reasonable. So glad I made the change.read more

I am new to the area, and unfortunately had a crown come off before my next dental cleaning timeframe, so I had not established a dentist yet. I... called the Georgia Smile Team, and they worked a schedule so that I could be seen the next day for at least an evaluation of what needed to be done.Later, in the afternoon, they called me back and told me they had had a cleaning cancellation, and what I like to come in for the cleaning, and have the evaluation at the same time. This was almost unheard of! Upon arrival, I was taken to an exam room within 10 minutes, had an amazing hygienist (Krista) and a dental assistant work with Dr Yassin to do X-rays, cleaning, and re-seating of the crown temporarily. Three weeks later the crown fell off, before my next scheduled appt to make a new one. The tooth became very sensitive over a couple of days. Again, I called to ask if there was anything I could do to help get me to that next appointment. They worked me in that day, and Dr Yassin graciously not only made me a temporary crown, but also worked with a laser to further decrease gum inflammation in anticipation of getting the new crown 1 week later. Both times the staff has been nothing but stellar; from the front desk to the back office dental team. Even the billing, my cost vs insurance, was explained up front, and not complicated. As a medical provider myself, I have been very impressed with their services, care, and expertise.read more

I have neglected crowns, fillings, general cleaning, etc due to being scared to death of having another tortured, high anxiety dental experience.
